Direct
Email us
This is the fastest route and it reaches a person, not a ticket queue.
We do not publish a phone number. There is no sales team to route you through, and a number nobody answers is worse than no number. If your request genuinely needs a call, say so in the email and we will arrange one.
What to include
A few details help us give you a useful answer without a back-and-forth.
- For tool feedback: the calculator, inputs and result you expected.
- For a new tool: the formula or decision the calculation should support.
- For a product request: the audience, scope and output format you need.
Send these details to hello@newlii.com.
